About the Group
Who we are
A group of companies founded by Bhutanese professionals, built on Bhutanese values.
Our story
Yewong Namzey Group was founded by Mr. Rinchen Tshering, Mr. Tshering and Mr. Lhendup Norbu, three Bhutanese professionals. Between us we bring experience in engineering and energy, community and disability services, business management, and information technology.
Our first company is MGo, a digital mobility platform for Gelephu Mindfulness City. We work with a team on the ground in Gelephu, and the founders will be there in person for MGo's pilot.
Our inspiration
Gelephu Mindfulness City aims to be home to conscious and sustainable businesses that carry the unique Bhutanese identity. That is the kind of company we want to build: useful to the people it serves, fair to those who work with it, and run with care.
How we work
- Each company has its own team, systems and accounts, so every business stands on its own
- The founders lead together and share responsibility in good times and in difficult times
- Decisions are recorded, and money is managed openly
- We launch only when the approvals and safeguards we need are in place
What we stand for
